Bananymous 869de7283f Kernel: MMU::get() is now MMU::kernel 
MMU is can now be locked with RecursiveSpinLock.

Scheduler now has get_current_tid() that works before the Scheduler
is initialized. This allows RecursiveSpinLock usage early on.
